OUR BRANSON STORY
My wife Stacey, myself and our children have been coming to Branson to vacation for the past 30 years. We bought a timeshare and vacationed in Branson almost every year while our kids were growing up. Over the years, we fell in love with the town of Branson, the shows in Branson and the people of Branson. We've talked about the possibility of retiring in Branson for years. In 2022 we decided to buy a condo and start our journey with short term renting. That's when we bought our Fall Creek condo that we call Sunny Daze. Little did we know that only a few months later we would be buying another condo in Fall Creek that we named Just Beachy. We have learned so much in the past year and have had a really fun ride! We recently contracted for nine more condos by the Landing on the other side of Branson. We hope to close on them by the end of 2023.
So, what makes us different than all of the other vacation rentals in Branson. Our condos are beautiful, well equipped and super clean.....but so are a lot of our competitors! Our difference is the way we treat our guests! Our goal is to provide every single guest with "Aha Moments" as they create their memories in Branson! We expect every guest to give us a 5 star review because we earn it! If we do our job, every guest will want to stay in our condos every time they come to Branson!

Our favorite Branson Entertainment
Clay Cooper's Country Express
This is one of our all time favorite shows. The music is fantastic, Clay's wife Tina choreographs the entire show and the dancing is really fun, and the production quality is excellent. Most important, the Cooper's are really good people with a really sweet family and it all comes out in his show. He connects with his audience in a way that very few entertainers can. They have several other shows in their theatre including The Haygoods, Dean Z and Hot Rods and High Heels and they are all excellent! We have been to many many shows and have never been disappointed.
"Miracle of Christmas" at
Sight and Sound Theatre
Queen Esther has completed it's amazing run at Sight and Sound and Miracle of Christmas starts in November for the Christmas season. We have not seen this show yet but will this year. We can only assume it will be as beautiful, touching and moving as all of the past performances. You can not go wrong choosing any production at Sight and Sound Theatre. If you are visiting for the holidays, we highly recommend you check this out! We may see you there :). And if you are coming for the 2025 season, you don't wanna miss the new production "David"
The Presley's Country Jubilee
The Presley's have been performing in the Ozarks in one form or fashion since 1967. They are one of the original performing families and they really are all one big family. The have a mix of country, gospel, bluegrass and really funny comedy. Over the years, the Presley's have provided our family with hours upon hours of clean, fun, family entertainment. You will sing, clap, smile and laugh your self silly. Our entire family loves the Presley's and so will yours!
REZA, EDGE OF ILLUSION
We recently went to our first Reza show and it was a very pleasant surprise. For many years we went to other illusionists shows in Branson but they are gone now and we had almost given up on finding one we like. I have to be honest, we were not terribly impressed with the theatre when we drove up for the first time. We have learned that it's not the building that makes the show, it's the entertainer! Once inside, the theatre was just fine but the show was fantastic! It is a family friendly show and the illusions were extremely well done. We love "magic" shows and this is one of our new favorites.
Dolly Parton's Dixie Stampede
This has been a family favorite of our for many years and no matter how often we return, it never gets old. The pageantry, patriotism, fun and good food make it a must see! If you love horses, our country and good ole fashioned fun, you will love the Dixie Stampede. Be sure to arrive early so you can enjoy the world famous Horse Walk where you can their 32 horses in their beautifully kept stalls before the show. Wonder Works
You won’t be able to miss the iconic exterior of WonderWorks— a huge upside-down house — in the heart of Branson’s Entertainment District. According to legend, the building was once a top-secret laboratory that was lifted off its foundations and onto its roof by an experiment gone awry!
Inside Wonder Works you will find an interactive military experience, a local Ozark area art display and an exhibit that honors Branson’s history. Other WonderWorks experiences include an interactive sandbox, an illusion art gallery, Xtreme 360 bikes, a laser maze, and a bubble room! Guests can also encounter Professor Wonder’s Adventure, an augmented reality adventure that explores the history of WonderWorks.

Legends in Concert
Since its debut at the Imperial Palace on May 5, 1983, the show has earned entertainment industry awards for “Show of the Year,” “Entertainers of the Year,” “Grand Slam” and the prestigious “Show of Shows” awarded by the International Press Association. Today, Legends in Concert is the longest running show in Las Vegas history.
Each legendary performer not only looks like the star they portray, but use their own natural voices to pay homage to their iconic music counterpart. Legends in Concert live tribute shows are known for their elaborate theatrical sets, magnificent costumes and full array of incredible special effects, including three dimensional multimedia and multimillion dollar, state-of-the-art lighting and sound systems.

Belgium Waffle and Pancake House
This is actually my in-laws favorite breakfast place. Every time we are in Branson with them, this is where we eat! After going so many times with them, it has become our favorite place too! Don't let the name fool you, yes their waffles are awesome but they have a complete breakfast spread and it is all delicious! You are gonna love their food, I promise!

Local Flavor on the strip
On our last trip to Branson we tried Local Flavor for the first time and I fell in food love! The food, atmosphere, live music, service, everything was just perfect. There are lots of country or southern down home restaurants in Branson but this one tops our list! Give it a try the next time you're in Branson!!! Bricktown Brewery
On one of our recent trips to Branson, we decided to venture down to Branson Landing and have dinner. We lucked into Bricktown Brewery for the first time! We fell in love the awesome view, the delicious food and the great service. My wife loved her meal so much that she ordered another one a few days later and picked it up and brought it back to the house for dinner. If you are gonna be down at the Landing (and everyone should check it out) eat at The Bricktown Brewery. We think you will like it ALOT!

Billy Gail's
Billy Gail's has a couple of locations in Branson and we love both of them. You really can't go wrong here! The menu is awesome and the food...oh man, it is sooo good. If you like pancakes, their pancakes are as big as your face and delicious and the billion dollar bacon is to die for. We have always had great service and great food. If you want some good down home country cookin', give 'em a visit!

Parlor Doughnuts
Not only are Parlor Doughnuts one of the most delicious doughnuts you will ever eat but it is super close! You can walk to the store in just a few minutes and enjoy coffee, espresso, teas and doughnuts for as long as your heart desires. And....when you arrive at your condo, you will find a coupon for a complimentary doughnut or coffee! When you visit be sure to tell them that David sent you!!

OSCAR'S famous ribs
Oscar's is walking distance from our Roark Creek Condos. On our last visit to Branson, we tried Oscar's and WOW! We tried all of their meats and they were fantastic. The servings were very generous and the food was to die for! We had ours delivered to the condo by door dash and it took about 20 mins. We highly recommend them and hope to have a discount coupon for our guests soon.

Branson Cafe Downtown
Branson Cafe was established in 1910, making it Branson's oldest restaurant! Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner and some of the world's finest homemade pies, you have to give Branson Cafe a try!
